As a digital philosopher (Digitalphilosophin) I am media researcher, author, thinker, speaker in the field of digital change, with a strong focus on strategy and ethics. My work is based on many years of practical experience in various interdisciplinary fields. I offer a new consulting format that gives you access to my experience and expertise focused to your specific needs. In one- or half-hour expert interviews, I provide feedback, assessments and answers to your key questions.
I teach „Digital Transformation and Ethics“ at Karlshochschule International University (Karlsruhe). For 8 years I served the board of Wikimedia Germany – the organisation behind Wikipedia – as Vice Chair of the Board.
I wrote two books (“Die Sehnsucht nach dem nächsten Klick. Medienresilienz – wie wir glücklich werden in einer digitalen Welt“ (2020) and „Zeichen und Wunder. Poetische Gesellschaftsanalysen“ (2024) and co-authored the “Slow Media Manifesto” (2010) which has been taught, debated and discussed worldwide and the “Declaration of Liquid Culture” (2012).
As a thought leader I advise companies, politics, institutions of education, investors and organisations on shaping digital transformation with responsibility and strategic vision.
Based on my resource-oriented and systemic concept of media-resilience, I can identify and name the frameworks and conditions we need for a successful, sustainable and “good” digital transformation. I focus on the ethical and socio-cultural aspects of digitalisation and AI.
I love to share my knowledge and my experience with expert-interviews, along with keynotes, workshops and consulting.
